About Total Car Care, Inc:

After many years of automotive experience both in the US and Italy, we opened Total Car Care in 1990. We are an independent facility. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of vehicle care and customer service available. We maintain a friendly, fair and creative work environment which respects diversity, new ideas, and attention to detail. Our customers are intelligent people who want to make informed decisions regarding their vehicle repairs and maintenance. It is our mission to educate our customers about the condition of their vehicles and advise them on repairs required and maintenance recommended for safe and continued operation of their vehicles. We operate in an environmentally responsible fashion so that we have a lower impact on the earth, while performing repairs that also help you manage your vehicles effect on air and water quality. We enable the customer to view photos on email or through our "Show and Tell" program so that they can easily see the problems we find on their vehicle. We believe in delivering quality. "Yesterday, I had needed a necessary repair done on short notice and these guys not only did it but performed the repair by the deadline that I needed the car back and at a lower price than I expected. I've now used them four times in about the last four years and have been more than satisfied each time.Yesterday was the first time that they ever recommended additional work on my 11-year-old Chevy and it was items that I already knew that had to be addressed in the near future. Every time I walk in there, even if its been a year since they last saw me, Rino remembers and greets me by my name. They know customer service. I've been to a lot of repair shops over the years, some good, some bad and some horrible and Total Car Care is head and shoulder above them all. I know that there is another review here that is negative, but I just cannot see it from these guys. I highly recommend them to everyone I know whose car warranty has expired. "This small auto repair shop may be the best in Westchester. The owners work in the shop and give top-notch customer service and make it apparent that they're not taking you for a ride. The work on all foreign cars and for all those European car owners whose manufacturer auto shop charges prices that rival the US debt just because they can - this place doesn't. "Total Car Care is located right across the street from Fleetwood train station, a definite score if you commute into Manhattan. They open early, so you can drop off your car before getting on the train. The service is great, and you're treated like family here. If you don't want to take a day off and go to the dealer, I'd definitely recommend bringing your car here."
